The fact that I can contact my key worker/nurse most of the time, when the message is conveyed. More access to see a doctor, I didn't see a doctor from July last year until Feb this year when my key worker arranged it. Also when calling the surgery, they say I can't see a doctor as I'm under the symptoms.
